Congrat to "catbaskets" who won the Wonder Woman jacket contest! The hoodie (pictured left) will be on its way to you shortly, Cat. If you didn't win or if you missed the original post, check out Film Jackets for lots of hoodies and tees you can own.
I asked readers interested in their own Wonder Woman hoodie to send me a brief note on what they love most about either the new Wonder Woman or Wonder Woman in general, so let's share a few of the comments from contest entries after the jump, shall we...

When I was growing up, I was fascinated by the beauty and elegance of the Disney Princesses, but also loved my Spider-Man and Batman comics. I still remember the day I saw a Justice League image with Wonder Woman in the mix, and being STUNNED! From that day on, I worshipped her. Let's just say, I've been waiting for this movie for a LONG time!

When WW marched into No Man's Land and took machine gun fire all by herself, I was **feeling** it. Such strength and conviction against impossible odds. I loved that the men in her party supported her without thinking it was necessary to rescue her. They might have criticized and disagreed with her decision, but they put teamwork ahead of their own misconceptions. Just being there for a co-worker/colleague goes a long way--especially when they are facing unjust attacks.

I'm not ashamed to say I cried seeing this feminist icon come into her own during a time when misogyny and oppression is so apparent in our political climate. I loved it all.
