I'm curious as to how this plays out. There doesn't seem to be a frontrunner

If Black doesn't win this by a country mile...

Andrew: I thought that too, then i watched the movies. I think she has some competition. (But i still think she'll win.)

My money's on either Black or Stapleton (probably Black). The other three are pretty dated performances, and I can't think of a precedent in the Smackdown for them winning.

I'm team Black all the way, but as long as Kellerman doesn't pull it out, I'd be satisfied with any of these women winning.

Bit late to the party and won't have seen all in time to vote but just watched Airport and - WOAH what a mess. I thought American film went down the crapper in my lifetime but turns out I just have good instincts on what to watch. Helen Hayes was fun and I am inspired to look back on her career, but Maureen Stapleton - well maybe her big moments were in scenes where I was losing concentration - but I did not get remarkable groundbreaking performance from anyone in this movie, just some stars actively elevated the film. I hope MASH is better (this uber Altman fan is nervous)
