Best Opening Scene
CLIMAX DIAMANTINO LITTLE WOMEN MARRIAGE STORY WOMAN AT WAR
"Supernature" *this isn't technically the opening but then nothing is quite in the right order but the actual opening / the ending is brilliant, too. Diamantino's visions disrupting a generic sports scene. Fluffy puppies in a misty field of dreams Jo breathing heavily preparing to enter the male (publishing) space, like our lead actress backstage at her own show, waiting for curtains to open.  "What I love about Charlie / Nicole" love letters at the end of a marriage / beginning of film  The first eco-terrorist act we see from Halla and her escape with good samaritan and his dog's assistance.

A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NIGHBORHOOD THE FAREWELL KNIVES OUT LITTLE WOMEN PAIN AND GLORY
The grace of this thing, completing the episode with a perfect dischordant reminder that goodness is a choice. Saying goodbye to NaiNai and her memory across the ocean. "Hah!" That beautifully tart kiss off in coffee cup form "my house my rules"  The radiance of a female artist watching her creation come to life.  In a gloriously gentle camera retreat, Almodóvar reminds us that he is the movies.
