First and Last, Dublin

the first image and the last line from a motion picture

Let's drink to Dublin because ______________ was born there.

Can you guess the movie?

Check your answer after the jump.

Yep, Michael guessed it. The name I deleted was Christy Brown -- the movie is MY LEFT FOOT (1989)

Last of the Mohicans? Gangs of New York? There Will Be Blood?

Wait, what game are we playing again?

Aaaargh. Foiled, it IS MY LEFT FOOT. I have to ask Liz why all three of her guesses are DDL movies. I feel so badly that I almost always forget that Brenda Fricker won an Oscar for this, I always remember as the Bird Lady in HOME ALONE.

It must be My Left Foot. Daniel Day Lewis was as good as ever in that one!

Andrew, it was just a joke, based on the fact that the first two movies guessed are also Daniel Day-Lewis movies.

Haha, don't make me feel even more silly, Liz. I wasn't sure if that was the joke or if I was missing something.
