Iron Man 2!
Yeah, it's Iron Man 2. The fact that you have an "or" indicates "stinger" and, well, stinger + Moscow + "Sir, we found it!" screams Iron Man 2. Too easy.
ARGH! I actually knew this one. It was the second last line that did it for me though.
