Stand under Tom's umbrella, ella, ella, eh, eh, eh 🎵
Tom Holland might've already given the performance of the summer and Spider-Man: Homecoming isn't even out yet! He attacked Rihanna's "Umbrella" in goth drag for Lip Synch Battle yesterday, bringing all his Billy Elliott & Peter Parker dance/athleticism with him to the stage. You can watch it after the jump until they take the video down of course...

Someone get this kid back in a movie musical NOW. I mean...why are we watching Ryan Gosling dance when we could have this?
Tom Holland. Your Rihanna drag did THE IMPOSSIBLE and had us caught in your web. Condragulations, you are the winner of this week's challenge."
I normally groan at Lip Sync Battle, but this is a delight
I really hope Holland's career goes massive--he's nauseatingly talented, which isn't something you can say about *most* actors whose stardom gets launched by superhero movies.
I still think they owe him an Oscar nom for "The Impossible" (at least) and knowing he comes from Billy Elliot stage musical in London, I had little doubt he would be awesome, before watching the video, but wow.
Yes, this guy is gonna win an Oscar - and many more - the moment he gets the right role in the right film, he's not going to wait as much as Christian Bale did... he's a genuine talent, too, but his career is going faster than Bale's.
DAYUM!!!!!!! He can dance, he can be funny, he can act. Yeah, this kid has a BIG future ahead of him. Plus, he looks good in drag.
After watching last night's LIP SYNC BATTLE, I already put it out into the universe that I want my modern DIRTY DANCING remake with Zendaya playing Johnnie (Jane?) to Holland's Baby. Boy got some moves!
I firmly believe that straight guys shouldn't be praised for lipsyncing/dragging it up unless they do it well enough that you'd tip them IRL. And i'd give this at least a $5.
They super missed an opportunity not casting him as Black Cat, didn't they?
Best coming out ever!
Olivia -- COMMENT DU JOUR. You're so very right.
I don't really know how fame works in 2017, but I do believe this just sold some tickets to another damn "Spider-Man" movie.
Imagine 15 years ago and Tobey Maguire doing this on national television! And this guy did it great, too!
This was seriously impressive. I really hope Hollywood notices and put his talents to use beyond things like Spider-Man.
Glenn: Tobey Maguire? He seems like a normal straight guy, as far as I know, and he seems relentlessly awkward even in man clothes. (It's why Maguire was an un-toppable Peter Parker, but an okay, at best, Spider-Man. Holland's probably the best we've seen from a "full character" standpoint. Not quite as good a Peter Parker as Maguire, but a better Spider-Man than even Garfield.) So, even if he did do something like this, I'd actually doubt he'd be able to pull this off even a quarter as well as Holland did.
Hmmm...no heels, I see...
Olivia...it's a little known rumor in the biz that Holland is not straight.
does that rumor include the guy in all his instagram photos being a boyfriend or something?
