nevermind, I'm dumb. It is Roman Holiday.
Citizen Kane was what jumped to my mind first, but then I realized the opening and closing shots were the same, so this is clearly Roman Holiday. Still my favorite A. Hepburn film.
I'm glad these are coming back! It's always a blast (if profoundly and mind-bogglingly frustrating sometimes).
