"So how was that for you?"

When the moon is in the seventh house
And Jupiter aligns with Mars...

Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars...

Where were #s 1 and 2?

Funny, I just rewatched this movie at it reminded me how much I disliked this sequence. It’s the sort of thing that probably seemed hilarious when coming up with the idea, was a blast for the cast to shoot, and was ripe for fans to reference/emulate but was not actually fun to watch on screen because you could feel the pride in everything I just listed. Fun movie nonetheless. It feels dated in some parts but is a great who’s who of 2000s comedy screen legends especially in small roles/cameos (Banks! Mann! Hart! Kaling! 2-time Academy Award nominee Hill!). It’s also sad that it made me feel nostalgic for 2005. :/

catbaskets -- wow. we're diametrically opposed on this one. I thought it was so inspired and laughed and laughed at this sequence in the theater.

I love this scene and this movie as a whole. Carrel is terrifically funny in this. Movie is a tad long but it’s so worth it; the writing, character arcs and actors are all on point.
