A Few Laughs With "The Avengers"

I asked you to add dialogue or caption to this photo of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Captain America (Chris Evans) on the set of The Avengers (2012) on Monday and you did.

Thanks to everyone who participated. Gold, silver and bronze winning entries from reader entries are after the jump all mocked up.

Bronze ... goes to Joey

Silver... it awarded to skyroom80

(loves it when people made use of the Mo-Cap guys.)

And the Gold medal to Rahulio.

The good Cap'n getting his Dreamgirls on. LOL. Somehow I feel that musical-loving Joss Whedon would appreciate.

I didn't nail it my first time (and I know my subject is probably a little too dependant on "comic book knowledge") but here's a slightly better attempt.

Hemsworth: So, who are you going to become in post-prod?
Extra: It's down to Rocket Racoon or The Amazing Slapstick.
Evans: Those are actual Marvel characters?
Other extra: Yes.
Evans: Bwahhahaha.

volvagia -- yep, still over my head. and i like comic books. (though i readily admit my knowledge in that field is extremely dated... about twice a year i pick up a comic book and hope there's a way to renew interest but i always feel shut out it's so non-welcoming to newcomers with its lack of continuity and ironically its simultaneous need for continuous understanding.
