April Showers...

THE PIANO
Hunter is so expressive, like a firework (intended) exploding again and again.

THELMA & LOUISE
I took a "fluff" class senior year of high school called Mass Media, and we were allowed to do a project on anything we wanted. My friend Meaghan and I decided to do our project on Brad Pitt,..I had never seen "Thelma & Louise" and found myself obsessed with it. I think I watched it five times by the time my senior year was over. ❞ -Jakey

SAG Award Seating. Any Requests?

Thanks to Sasha Stone for tweeting this. It's a SAG Awards seating chart (of sorts).

I can't make out the faces as well as I'd like but Jessica Chastain and Denzel Washington are right up front with Helen Hunt just the next table back. Expect lots of reaction shots from the front. Do you think any of them will win tomorrow night?

BFFs since before they were famous - Nicole & NaomiTV Guide has a partial seating chart which indicates that Les Misérables and Argo have front row tables both to the right of the stage and get this, SAG honors requests so...

BFFs Naomi Watts(The Impossible) and Nicole Kidman (The Paperboy) asked to sit together and are placed at Table 21.

Awwww!

Double nominees get to choose where they sit so Bryan Cranston opted for the Breaking Bad table instead of sitting with King Ben of Argopolis.

Which table would you most want to carouse with? Will you be hear for liveblogging tomorrow? I promise to stay put to avoid tech difficulties as with the Globes.

At Nic's and Naomi's, of course!

The front table has Chastain and Washington. What interesting conversations will sprout from that pairing, huh? :)

I'd like to sit alongside the Les Mis group. They look like they'd be loads of fun don't they?

No mention of Viola Davis sitting at the Chastain / Washington table.

I could sit across from Streep. I bet she's fun when she's drunk and I could insult her and she'd find it funny and I could make me peace with the whole captain save a ho status she carries.

I want to sit right behind Nicole so I can smell her hair and get caught by Naomi.

Nicole and Naomi just always seem to have each other's back. They're totally my favorite Celeb BFFs. So cute.

George and Brad, who?

With Daniel Day-Lewis. Nothing else matters!

Ewan and Nicole were at the same table at the Golden Globes but their spouses sat between them. I was THRILLED nonetheless.

I'm sitting next to Jennifer Lawrence. I feel like she'll have loads of things to talk about and comment on. She'll keep me entertained.

That pic of Nicole and Naomi totally reminded me of the audition scene in Mulholland Drive!

I wanna sit next to Betty White. She'll be there, won't she?

I'm with Patryk. But barring that, I'd be fine with either the Mad Men, the Breaking Bad or the Game Change table, or next to Cotillard, so that I could console her.

At Tommy Lee Jones', trying to convince him to wear a different funky hat every time the camera got a close-up shot of his grumpy face.

How awesome would it be if Christopher Plummer presents the SAG with Julie Andrews (The Sound of Music reunion) to Anne Hathaway? Can the Oscar producers think of this? It is inevitable at this point that Anne will win... Can you imagine her emotion when Julie gives hands her the Oscar?

January 26, 2013 | Unregistered Commentergio

gio--I wouldn't get my hopes up. Plummer has gone on record a few times of saying he's not particularly fond of The Sound of Music, and he and Julie Andrew allegedly didn't hit it off on set.

The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel table we can bitch about Maggie Smith not showing up

Would love to see…

CLIVE OWEN, JON HAMM and HUGH JACKMAN seated together to form the sexiest trio of the night, exuding enough combined virility to melt all those clunky SAG trophies. Plus with all that the champagne flowing who knows what could happen…

JULIANNE MOORE and EDIE FALCO so they can discuss how to parlay their Emmy-winning thespian brilliance into Oscar gold.

I would love to talk to sally field about collapsing in that dress while berating day lewis.

I'd like to sit next to Glenn Close, because she's the ultimate actress for me and I want to get drunk with her (more precisely, after her). :)

January 27, 2013 | Unregistered Commenterdinasztie

I'd love to sit and get drunk with Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. It would be a dream come true.

January 27, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterRyan T.

dinasztie -- but she is SO weird drunk ;)

ryan t -- i am so tempted to watch the Globes ceremony again today ;)

mark -- i bet she'd be fun to sit with even if Lincoln was off limits as a topic.
