The French Lieutenant's Woman...and Meryl Streep's character drew it. Why? I don't really remember; I just recognized the frame.

I was going to guess LA BELLE NOISEUSE, but now that you say it and I look closer, yeah, it's THE FRENCH LIEUTENANT'S WOMAN. Good one, Nathaniel.
