Nominee Luncheon: Who Was Amy Adams Last Time?
Monday, February 10, 2014 at 4:40PM
According to People magazine...
Amy Adams says she wants to "feel like myself" this year when it comes to her Oscars dress
Which sort of begs the question 'who did you feel like last time, Amy?' for all of those nominee dresses.
Hmmm, I'm thinking she felt like Sarandon, Cate, Uma and Penélope? How about you?

Beautiful dresses! My favorite is her dress for The Fighter, so beautiful, saphire, and elegant!
Don't forget her Enchanted dress from the 2007 Oscars! Wasn't nominated, but still went.
I think the first time for Junebug she was trying to be Renee Zellweger... please don't banish me away ....
She's lovely in all of them but in the one for The Master she is soooo pretty.
They're all pretty ugly dresses so I guess she's really beautiful on the inside.
I agree with Peggy Sue! Maybe she'll fire her stylist and we'll see some improvement, but that red thing she wore today didn't do her many favors (you were kind to only show her from the neck up!).
She actually parted with her previous stylist after last year's oscar awards (I don't think it has to do with her last year's oscar dress because she loved it).
There's an article in NY Times about her new stylist.
I like the Master dress, but honestly the Fighter dress is perhaps among my all-yime favorite Oscar dresses.
Best is The Master dress.
The Fighter is by far her best dress/look.
The Fighter dress is so beautiful amazing perfect.
I predict plunging cleavage. And more red. Though if she really wants to lure the fates, she should wear gold.
not sure about the brown and the white dress
her red dress remind me of Jennifer Gardener
and the blue one, Nicole Kidman
murtada, you were not alone in the Amy Adams was Renee Zellwegger assessment. I think Adams picks the right colors and the wrong style. This year she should just rock some side-boob to honor American Hustle and have the most god-awful fly away hair to honor Her (and to give Joe some great hair-analysis on the podcast).
That year she was nominated for Junebug one of her fellow supporting actress nominee was Michelle Williams, who was there wearing that canary yellow Vera Wang dress, which happens to be my all time favorite Oscar Dress.
And she had Heath on her arm.
This The Master dress makes me wish she was cast as Melanie in a Gone With The Wind miniseries for HBO directed by David O.Russell (Jennifer Lawrence would be Scarlett, of course). Cooper would be Rhett and Bale would be Ashley. Monique as Mammy.
You uncanny actressexual freak. Sarandon, Cate, Uma, and Penelope is EXACTLY what she felt like. #crazy #dead
