That Sausage Party trailer looks TERRIBLE. Interestingly so, sure, but TERRIBLE all the same. The animation looks kind of bad and, though it doesn't have Foodfight's nonsense "world building", none of the jokes in 2.5 minutes even came close to landing, feeling more like "let's get comedians to swear their way through a horror movie."
Whatever, I'll admit that I laughed pretty hard at the Sausage Party trailer. No shame.

On another note, that Sausage Party trailer is bizarre. I agree with Volvagia, it might be a disaster, but it's sure going to be an interesting one.

The Salon director article might be gossipy, but it's nothing that we haven't already heard in various forms. While I don't think it's fair to judge or critique an artist's work based on their personal life, it's an entirely different think to not want to support an artist based on their personal life. I have no need to support a film by Russell, Von Trier, Allen, Polanski, etc. again.
Corey Stoll has gorgeous ears.
