Publicly. This is the most vulnerable and honest I have ever felt. Which is a beautiful and scary thing. But today, I also feel the most powerful. In my life and in my heart because I chose to soar.
However you identify as you navigate life and love, donʼt let anyone rob you of your happiness or from discovering the most beautiful parts about you. No matter how scary the journey to self love is and believe me, that road can sometimes feel like unpaved dirt and rocks — I encourage you to continue to discover your core. To find that infinite and unconditional love for self. Underneath, however many layers, allow it to be the most beautiful thing as you evolve and learn more about who you are.
If life is love & lessons, todayʼs lesson is that itʼs okay for you to be free & to fully believe that we are all capable and deserving of love. Wherever you are in this journey called life, you are more than enough. Real talk, you always have been.

I will happily spend time with Tony Goldwyn under a waterfall re-enacting scenes from his movie A Walk on the Moon. I wished I looked half as good now in my 30s as he does in his 60s.
Spend the day touring Monaco with Tom Holland then end the day with dessert with Jeremy Pope. He is always so articulate and talking with him would be a great way to end the day. The cake is just s bonus. Nathaniel- he would be a good panelist for future smackdowns!
Tony Goldwyn is still a snack! His shirtless scene in Ghost was a transformative one for my gay adolescence and made me quibble that his character wasn't that bad a guy lol.
