Ask Nathaniel... A Brief Test

This post may soon vanish... we shall see. I am thinking of altering the way we do live blogging or Ask Nathaniel Q & A columns so thought I'd monkey around with this to see how it works. Talk to me if you have a minute as I test things out!

A bunch of fun. I've been meaning to start commenting for a while now and this finally pushed me over the edge. Really enjoyed the instasurveys.

I liked it a lot! It felt nice to get some instant gratification. ;)

I really enjoy this. I feel like I'm an inch closer to talking to you on Yahoo IM.

Amazing! It is always great to open with a picture of Kathleen. Loved it.

I missed it :(
Please do it again at some point. Or even regularly.
And too bad you gave up on that... I don't remember the name. The one where you answer questions in a video. The one you couldn't get the mic to work.

I don't know if I'd ever participate in it (but maybe so) but it was fun to scroll through and read. On the other hand, I miss some of your wonderfully written and carefully considered answers on the more traditional Q & A format (that's what brings me back here time and again your voice as a writer). On the other hand, I get that's probably a time-consuming slog for you as well. So if thi makes your life easier I'm all for it.

It turns out that movie poster of Streep as Thatcher with the devil horns and the moustache is a real live poster. Being pushed by Harvey and company as a counter-intuitive ad campaign. You can see all of them at simplystreep.com. Many are fun to see!

The Sondheim musical: Easy.

I want a Todd Haynes directed Follies starring Meryl Streep and Kevin Kline. I want a Company musical directed by Richard Linklater and starring Hugh Jackman. I want A Little Night Music musical directed by Jane Campion. An Assassins musical directed by Maritn Scorsese. That's all.
