Top Ten Cate Blanchett

Remember when George Clooney swore she was going to win an Oscar for The Good German?
-Joey

Elizabeth Debicki in Gatsby reminded me of Cate in Ripley. That same haughty confidence, although Debicki galloped across the screen while Cate glided.

Ralph Fiennes! When will he get an Oscar?

the Avengers, most probably. It is the hat that gave it away.

BTW, Hitchcock trailer is on! It calls for a "Yes, No, Maybe So" piece!!!

I have not seen this film, but the bowler hat gave it away!

yeah Ralph hasnt been nominated since The English Patient despite some of his movies - Constant Gardner, End of Affair - having traction. I think his moment has passed, lately he doesn't even enter the conversation...... unless he hit a home run with the Charles Dickens biopic. As you say Nathaniel, BIOPIC.... unlikely though.
