How I Feel (Demonstrated by Sigweavie)

This is how I'm feeling today...

The role of Nathaniel will be played Sigourney Weaver and the role of Life is gross oozy mouthbreather alien.

How I wish I felt! TA-DA!

Triumphant Perserverance Through All Unfortunate Hideous Obstacles!
Reducing All Terrifying Obstacles To Self-Flattering Backdrop Ambience!

I seriously don't know what's wrong with me lately but I'm beset by all sorts of obstacles, some of my own doing (eye strain, major time management issues, job(s) stress, fatigue, personal setbacks) perhaps the cinema gods are punishing me for not loving Gravity??? Sigourney Weaver is just always going to be my favorite Distressed Lady in Outer Space Masterpiece. Sorry Sandra B!

This is not meant as a pity party just a 'have patience' as I work through this and get back to upping the blogging game a bit for Oscar season. If you want to help, share posts on facebook or twitter or comment regularly (trust that it's like fuel for bloggers) or donate to the blog -- see sidebar -- think of it. For the price of a fancy cup of joe each month you could collectively free up all my time for writing and managing the blog. Or keep enjoying it for free but know that that's like letting aliens slobber all of over me. Your call!

Now that the AMPAS' has started recognizing the 1980's with Honorary Awards (Steve Martin) there is such a great argument to be made for SigWeavy. I would argue that her specific contributions to the SciFi genre make a stronger case for recognition than Glenn Close's entire dramatic filmography (and I even prefer Close as an actress).

I started reading your blog in 2005 when I was at a college that didn't allow freshmen to watch movies (so I read about them! Happy ending: I dropped out of that school). Thanks for keeping movies alive for me then, as you continue to do now. I am always amazed, touched and wildly jealous of your creativity in this field. Even your stress-induced posts glow with cinematic wonder. Keep up the great work.

@catbaskets A school that didn't allow movies? Were Kevin Bacon, Lori Singer, and Sarah Jessica Parker among your classmates?

Nat, you're going to be busier than ever with the Foreign-Language Film category: The Academy has issued the complete list of 76 candidates:

IT'S HER 64TH B/DAY ON THE 8TH HOW WILL U BE CELEBRATING

Jesus Christ you're Oscar less and undervalued. Why not choose Michelle Pfeiffer? You certainly don't like when the goddesses of the 80's find their refuge in television. And yet I bet that's the most you can do. Watch a bit of TV. How about American Horror Story Coven which premieres this Wednesday. Although it features non-starters for you (Bates and Lange), it does possess Bassett, Sidibe, and Lupone (musical theater personality) -- you have nothing to lose except your patience for Ryan Murphy attention deficit disorder.

Where is that "after" photo from? I wish I felt like that, too!

Mike -- it's at some awards show in early 2010 (during the Avatar push) where she won some sort of sci-fi lifetime achievement or something.

Weaver is ten times better than Bullock in their
Space adventures.

Oh my God. FINALLY! I've found someone who feels EXACTLY the same way I do in response to Gravity! Groundbreaking visuals...yes. Groundbreaking story? Not so much. Swap Weaver in for Bullock, and that would be groundbreaking. I kept thinking this throughout the entire movie.

Nathan, even when you're allegedly in a funk, your sense of fun and creativity outshine the other film bloggers! Thanks for the smiles today!

It's an awesome strain known for its effectiveness in treating stress, anxiety, and various other mental disorders. Plus, it has a delightful berry flavor with hints of sweet vanilla, so I think you might really enjoy it.

It all depends on what kind of condition I have. Sometimes I can distract myself from difficult work with sports or computer games. Sometimes I can smoke a pen like the one on https://www.shroomsdirect.io/product/budcraft-distillate-cartridge-1g/ and go to sleep. A very good thing for relaxation, if you also have problems with relaxation and insomnia, this is an excellent option.
