Top Ten Tweets: from Death Becomes Her to Dracula Untold
No, I'm not desperate for material. I'm not!
It's just that certain other more substantive articles are taking me longer than I expected because I over do it, don'cha know. In case you haven't noticed today, our season premiere, is a special "top ten day" - lists all day!
It is no secret that I love twitter. So much truth, fun, satire, insight, and silliness in 140 characters for when your attention span is very very short. You should follow the team on twitter: Nathaniel, Michael, Anne Marie, Jason, Glenn, Amir, Abstew newbies Manuel & Margaret (...and Matthew should he ever resurface)

If there is a Dacula story that is somehow still untold, it should probably stay that way.

Sentence that will be spoken by 2030: "No, the *original* Mean Girls, not the remake."

Refn would be an infinitely better filmmaker if he indulged in the homoeroticism of his gaze, instead of dressing it up as hypermasculinity.

Love that pic of Tippi attacked by tweets. Now that's a remake that would pique my interest.
Jan -- thanks. sometimes i amuse myself with Photoshop :)
A great pitch to put a pin in for the inevitable Twitter movie.
I LOVED this. This is great seeing all these together like this. I, for one, would love if this became a weekly event!
THANKS!!!
btw - not to be a bitch - but should I just assume I'm never gonna see the Film Bitch Awards for the Best Scenes of 2013?
Some of us look at these awards VERY CAREFULLY and LOYALLY.
I'm sure we'll all forgive you but make a decision and let us know please. :-)

I'm sure we'll all forgive you but can you put a note on the award page. :-)
billybil - i assumed people didn't like these because there are rarely comments but who knows. it's been quiet round here lately. I do plan to finish the FB awards but you know. time gets the best of me. I am really valiantly trying not to fuck up this year. I have already started the charts for this year's prizes offline :)
Since we're on the topic of FB awards, any chance you could tell us the medallists for Best Actor 2013? I always like to see how we compare.
Dude, the Film Bitch Awards are mindbogglingly awesome. If I comment less about them, it's because I have never seen as much as I'd like to when they start.
arkaan -- oh no. i didn't mean those. that was so not clear of me. I meant tweet-centric or compilation posts. I KNOW people like the film bitch awards :)
i loved this...partly bc I love twitter :) always good to see what people are reading & tweeting..and the randomness is completely appreciated!
