110 in the Tweet

It's that time of the week (the weekend!) when we groggily awaken and seek out bon mots rather than essays to amuse us. If you do the same these bite-sized morsels are just the ticket. In this week's roundup: Lea Michele, Nico Tortorella, Nicolas Winding Refn, Marvel's peak, Dory's acclaim, and more.

It's all after the jump...

For some reason I thought Lea Michele would be too young to know The Blue Lagoon but this made me smile so I force it upon you now. I wish she hadn't stuck with Glee so long. Imagine what her career could have been if she had branched out after Season 3 without "Rachel" so permanently affixed and pickled.

And in case you missed it Younger's main heartthrob Nico Tortorella (who plays Sutton Foster's on again off again boyfriend and is super good on the show as well as super good looking but the latter is obvious if you have eyeballs) has come out as "sexually fluid" which in ye olden times was called bisexuality but "fuck labels" is the new hip thing, unless your label of preference is "fluid" so I guess now we're at LGBTQIAF.

Anyway congrats for being you, Nico!

call me whatever you want, just call me. #niconiconico

How would you feel if Lea Michele nabbed Elphaba? She's got to want it bad.

Well I am sexually solid at Nico.

Jessica Lange walks str8 past Lea and heads straight for the sea Geradline Page style.

The Refn' tweet was hilarious.

Michele as Elphaba would be a backlash risk for the studio, but so would almost anyone, right? And it's hard to name another age appropriate actress who we know could nail the vocals like she would. I feel like she's on a very, very short list for the part.

Mojo & Dave -- i'd love it. I always thought she had way more inside her than Rachel and whoever convinced her (probably her bank account and her management who get % of income) that she should stay with the series once her character graduated) did her no long term favors as an actor.

I doubt it will happen -- who is going to give her a big shot when she so signifies only one thing that people are "over" -- but if it did i bet it would resurrect / reinvent her career.

Craver -- lol. solids.

OMG, that CJ tweet is hilarious and I don't even know if it really has anything to do with Refn's personality.

Don't really care about Nico but I love that when he smiles his nose has a little heart on it.

And yes, Danielle Brooks is a national treasure and should definitely be an Emmy nominee.
