Beauty Break: The Men of Moonlight
Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 1:29AM Moonlight's surprise win was quite a way to wrap Black History Month! Even more surprising (we all knew people loved Moonlight... we just didn't know the industry loved it this much) was that the day after the Oscars, the cast of Moonlight were revealed as Calvin Klein underwear models. Obviously this was planned in advance but what fortune for Calvin Klein that they have the Oscar winning team in their skivvies this week instead of merely the Oscar runner up team.

Perhaps because he's not truly famous yet and only in his early 20s Ashton Sanders hasn't yet won as much career mileage as the adult leads of their new classic (Trevante Rhodes, Naomie Harris, and Mahershala Ali)

But some fashion sites and twitter feeds have already latched on, with awe, at how stylish Sanders is, how model savvy he is with clothes. But he still needs more exposure. It's not wisdom of crowd knowledge like "Trevante Rhodes is Hot!" or "Mahershala Ali had such an amazing year!" pop culture prevalance.

Ashton is definitely red carpet gold. All those double breasted suits. The tartan. He's been bringing it non stop.
I've definitely been noticing Ashton Sanders and his clothes. Handsome man, and a real sense of fun. A great combo.

Ummm I might be wrong but isn't Calvin Klein a Trump supporter? I can't enjoy anything from someone who supports the pussy grabber.
Rhodes was my supporting pickfrom the cast,i'd also give him Best Supporting Underwear.
Love Sanders' style and I hope there's great opportunities for all the actors but I was blown away but Rhodes subtle, powerful performance that I really hope Hollywood doesn't waste him. He's in the new Malick movie (but how big is the part?), a movie with Michael Shannon and Chris Hemworth, and the new Predator movie, which is an interesting mix of projects. Hopefully they capitalize on his talent.
