We have come to the end of what has been a fantastic 9 hours of television. On the latest Sundays With Cate, I break down the last two episodes of Mrs. America with writer and filmmaker Tayler Montague. We also rate the show and performances. Have a listen.

Not bad. Sundays with Cate seems like it was a good warm up to the illustrious long awaited final chapter of one of the sites signature series, Seasons of Bette. Very exciting times ahead!

Hannah, Quit pushing this false Bette rumor.

My top 3 supporting actresses: Sarah Paulson, Tracy Ullmann, and Margo Martindale.

To paraphrase Meryl regarding Viola Davis: Won't someone please give Sarah Paulson a movie?!

jules - well they kinda did with episode 8- it's the one that feels like a contained story and directed with diff and stylish flair.

I was a little disappointed with the last episode. It felt a bit rushed and no real end.

Overall though, I thought the series was brilliant!

It is very difficult, especially now, for Americans to care about this Karen woman.

An excellent close to an excellent series, and one that left me more than a little verklempt when I consider where we are now. The more things change, the more they stay the same...or, to repurpose that line from The Great Gatsby, sometimes it feels like we beat on, boats against the current, borne ceaselessly into the past.

I can't listen to the podcast right now because I'm at work, but look forward to it!
