I know we are in a post-Oscar glow, but I'm surprised there has been no mention of the one and only Jane Russell here. She may not have ever won (or even was nominated) for an Oscar, but she was a legend of the cinema nonetheless.

I’m offended that a gay man co-produced the show and allowed for the censorship. If you can’t be gay at the Oscars – to hell with award season altogether.
