What does it mean that that haircut doesn't seem as radical to me now as it did back then?
Danny Boyle at his best!
So I'm looking at the countdown clock and wondering if you can do a live-action short called "52 Days, 15 Hours, and 45 Minutes Later"?
One of my top ten films of 2003, certainly superior to "Slumdog Millionaire."
Amazing this was at a time when digital was on the horizon and yet this film's idea of digital recalls more of a Super 8, guerrilla, strain quality than its digital cousins that dominate the filmmaking landscape now.
Danny Boyle's best work by far.
Killian's best work too, no?
He seemed like he was going to be a big thing back then - where has this actor been?!
But back to the film, this was a thrilling film and is probably my favorite zombie film ever. It's the ritual ignoring of fantastic genre work like this that makes awards groups null.
