Love, love, LOVE this movie.
Oh, how I miss the great Jack Warden.
The London Film Critics nominations are here and Isabelle Huppert scored a nod for Elle.
I notice that she wasn't BAFTA-nominated last year—was she ineligible?
Similar thing pushed Charlize Theron's BAFTA nomination for Monster to 2004. Would be crazy if Huppert won this year.
Hayden: she was indeed ineligible. ELLE was released here in March, so too late to be considered a 2016 film, even with creative time windows.
I don't know what the BAFTA's has to do with this post, but this is a super adorable movie. In fact, maybe tonight's movie!
That is a good movie and such a joy to watch.
Is this a subtle reminder that "While You Were Sleeping" is the TRUE reason for the season?
Name of the movie please.
Jimmy, it's "While You Were Sleeping".
