Oh my god, I totally forgot about David O. Russell's shock face at the BAFTAs that year. Bitch, you're a movie buff, you knew deep down that Emmanuelle Riva was running circles around your girl J-Law.
Even though I won't be angry at an Emma Stone win (her performance is 100000x more nuanced and lived-in than J-Law's. I'm only bringing the comparison up since so many are comparing the two actresses and their performances for some reason), I am praying for another French miracle to happen and for Isabelle Huppert to win her first Oscar.
