Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 11:41PM Voting for the 69th annual Emmy Awards closes Monday. The televised event will be held on Sunday, September 17th (same day TIFF wraps up!) with the Creative Arts ceremony (for below the line and guest acting awards) generally happening a few days beforehand. When she lost the Oscar as Davis on Feud it was the highlight of her whole performance.
I want Coons to win but I really think Kidman is going to take it... she has campaigned mercilessly.

I have to say Susan Sarandon's performance was one of the worst I've seen on television in a while. An impersonation throughout and a wildly inconsistent one at that. "Should I attempt her voice today? Nah, I'll pass.", she said shrugging to herself each day.
