Happy Easter!

May you find something to do today that's as sexy as feeding Paul Newman eggs...

Or as colorful and silly as the entirety of Easter Parade...

Or as joyful as watching a baby dinosaur hatch...

But something to do that's less traumatic than Annelle's Easter Egg fumble...

Or Lt Ellen Ripley's problems with hatchlings...

My favorite egg scene is the close up of a hatchling in Helen Keller’s young hand in The Miracle Worker. The joy flooding Patty Duke’s face is the balm we all need this holiday as we continue confinement.

Just your daily (sporadic) reminder that Renée Zellweger is a two-time Academy Award winning Actress.

Watching the Easter Parade at some point this weekend, it's a great dose of frivolity and joy.

Thinking about Ann Miller in “Easter Parade” now, reminds me of thinking/ rethinking about Amy in “Little Women”.

We’d rather be Ann and Amy now, and admire them for being sensibly practical about women and careers, knowing what they want and being unapologetic about it getting it (successfully). And certainly for Ann, being wow oh so great at it.
