The Legally Bikini
★★★★★ - 6 Reviews

Product Details
The perfect outfit for the up-and-coming go-getter who not only wants to dress to impress, but get a fabulous tan while doing it. Makes using legal jargon in everyday life an effortless, sexy breeze. This minimal design predominantly features bold sequins – all the better to hypnotize the man of your dreams, right ladies? – with thin straps and lines that accentuate the body. You’ll get the attention of wandering frat brothers and university admissions officers alike

Color
Comes in a variety of colors. Featured here are some of our most popular, favored by sorority sisters and Harvard graduates: hot pink, baby pink and zesty lime green! Also comes in an assortment of candy colors for the discerning poolside mover and shaker.

Size
This is not a swimsuit for the boyish figure but designed to highlight any woman with a full bust and slim waistline.

Price:
From only $59.99, this is an affordable swimsuit for anybody sponging off of daddy’s wealth, a large inheritance, or even – are you paying attention, men? – a special gift for your beautiful lady. The attention you get, however, will be priceless.

Detail & Care:
Deceptive in its power, the mix of sexy kitten and elegance has barely an ounce of mystery to its design. Accentuate it with a simple ponytail and Tiffany necklace and the world is your oyster!

Happy Norma Day!

It's Norma Shearer's birthday today. Make an old movie wish!

Here's mine: I wish all movies were available in all formats for very reasonable prices. (Like, come on, I wanna see The Barretts of Wimpole Street (1934, Best Actress/Best Picture nominee) but I'm not paying $20 for a used VHS copy!) It's the least Hollywood could do with their billions.

Yes, No, Maybe So: "Her"

Before we begin let us celebrate the coming of another Spike Jonze movie and one that has the prestigious closing night gala spot at the NYFF this year. Jonze has yet to make anything less than very memorable (Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, Where the Wild Things Are not to menion numerous iconic music videos).

Let us also bask in the saturated colorogy of Her's poster

Mmmmm never have I loved reds bleeding into pinks before... perhaps it's the hypnotic turquoise of Joaquin's eyes? They're like pools of inviting water thatinduce hypothermia once you've dove in. They're so hypnotic I didn't even notice the mustache and I hate face carpet unless it's evenly spaced about the room. (in other words: beards are fine)

But we are here for the trailer and our Yes No Maybe So verdicts (after the jump)

RIP Karen Black (1939-2013)

I don't know where to begin with the death of Karen Black. That's not just because I am not as familiar with her career as I've wanted to be given its peculiar character. It's also because: where the hell do you start with Karen Black?

As Nick reminded on Twitter yesterday, I've long thought that 1970s Hollywood had the most expansive idea of what constituted sexy and Karen is a perfect example, with her cross eyes and giant cheek bones. I've sometimes thought of her very memorable face as what would happen if an American mold of Sophia Loren got all funky and squished in the kiln and didn't quite work out. But Karen made the most of it... [more]
