But a fact it is.)
Slate *TODAY'S MUST READ* an excellent piece, arguing as I like to and have right here, that it's stupid to argue that "tv is better than cinema these days" for a variety of reasons but mostly for the dishonesty of this ubiquitous context-free argument.

Love the early pics of Nicole. She looks like Bernadette Peters in #6.

Hopefully, Reese will be on the upswing with that meaty role. I'm not her biggest fan, but recently saw Walk the Line again, as well as Legally Blonde. She was pretty awesome in both.

David Hagland's piece in Slate certainly makes for interesting conversation. Hope folks will discuss it here.

" Terry Gilliams Zero Theorem which they memorably describe as "Blade Runner meets Sesame Street""

This will be the greatest movie of all-time.

And wait, Roseanne was NEVER nominated for Best Comedy? The mind boggles.

I caught a marathon of Suits. VERY WATCHABLE. I am convinced Donna was Joan Holloway in her past life. Yes, it partly has to do with the fact that they are redheads.

Gotta say, I don't watch Suits, but Gina Torres has one of the most interesting voices and faces. She needs a movie.

Pam -- i hoped that too. perhaps I should have highlighted it more because nobody did. we can bring it up again in the next Emmy post :)

Hayden -- well she did have that one movie (the tv-to-movie one ;)
