Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson Get Their "Hustle" On

By Spencer Coile

Rebel Wilson recently took to Instagram to reveal the title of her latest film, The Hustle. Originally named Nasty Women, this female-led remake of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels will star Wilson and Anne Hathaway as two con-women who team up to scam a tech billionaire (Alex Sharp) out of all his money.

Originally slated for an August release, Wilson also declared that The Hustle will be out early on June 29, writing:

Get ready for this beaut... The CON is ON xx

This Chris Addison directed comedy has so much potential to be a summer hit, but we're still buzzing with questions: Will Hathaway and Wilson have chemistry? Will the material feel fresh? And perhaps most importantly, will this inspire another stage musical adaptation?

Excited for this, but weird to slate it so close to "Ocean's 8", no? Although I would probably go see a new female con artist movie every week.

That's what I thought! Why are they releasing this so soon after Ocean's 8? And with a shared star to boot. (Fingers crossed it's good and does well.)

Looks like Anne Hathaway is getting back into the movie business,I have always found her a great presence though i'd take back the Oscar in a heartbeat for RGM instead.

I love Anne although I'm wondering who is she playing, Michael Caine or Steve Martin?

thevoid99: In spite of not being British, I'd expect Hathaway is, persona wise, effectively in the Niven/Caine part and Rebel Wilson will be playing the Brando/Martin part.
