I feel like all rom-coms over the holidays should be exclusively gay. Can't wait to see SINGLE ALL THE WAY.

Still holding out hope Colman gets some awards attention this year for ZOLA.

Playboy magazine. Didn't that magazine die years ago? Honestly, it should just be extinct as I stopped reading it years ago as the women became less interesting and the articles became more pretentious. "I read Playboy for the articles". Bullshit. Those articles were dull as fuck.

I did read about what happened to Andrew Lloyd Webber as I am glad that dog gives him comfort and I hope the moment he sees Tom Hooper in the street. He stabs that motherfucker for ruining his musical. I ain't fucking with Webber as I heard he's a tough motherfucker and I wouldn't rob him either as like wrestling legend Arn Anderson last week. Old men aren't meant to be fucked with because they will be calling an ambulance but... not for them.

I swear, anything in cinema that isn’t widely accessible in the most blatantly mainstream, populist way automatically gets labeled “elitist” nowadays. It’s like there’s no longer any middle ground or overlap between broad populism and stark elitism. Like so many things in the world of Film Twitter and other similar forums of movie discourse, everything is spun into a reductive binary that does nothing but perpetuate the self-righteous tribalism that dominates too much of modern movie discussion.

I'd be all in for a Colman Domingo nomination. Hope the boys club in Best Actor won't mind one of us hanging with them.

On that topic, will Kristen Stewart be the first openly gay female actor nominated for an Oscar?

Lucky -- she will, yes! JODIE and LILY weren't out at the time of their nominations.
