This Olivia Wilde story reminded me ofJoan mad at Meredith after being served divorce papers at the office. SURPRISE, HERE'S AN AIRPLANE TO SEE YOU!
Jesus, I miss Mad Men,I miss Christina Hendricks' flawless line readings. Nothing that aired after Mad Men came close to its quality.
Have you heard about Pedro Pascal and Ethan Hawke being rumored to star in Pedro Almodóvar's western short film "Extraña forma de vida", to be filmed in Tabernas (a desert in Almería, Spain, where Sergio Leone filmed many of his movies) this Summer?
That Lea Michele story is....a LOT. Like, sis, why are you like this.
Man, that was absolutely uncool in what happened to Olivia Wilde? What kind of person would do such a thing? Honestly!
Lea Michele. She is a bitch. There is a story more than a decade ago when a young Hailee Steinfeld was making True Grit and Glee was shot in the same studio set or something. Hailee wanted to meet Lea and Lea was really fucking mean to her and made Hailee cry. Jeff Bridges found out about this and comforted Hailee. Hailee is now part of a major cinematic universe and going to make a shitload of money while Lea is going to be known as a bitch for all of her life. She can't sing for shit either.
I do feel bad for Beanie Feldstein with all of those reviews she's getting for Funny Girl. I know Lea is smiling with glee over this but it's not going to change the fact that Beanie isn't just a better singer but also a way better actress.
Hilarious list of The Guardian on Pe's best films. They list "The Queen of Spain" which was a flawed sequel to the Awards-sweeper that was "The Girl of your Dreams" (La Niña de tus ojos) which is fantastic, leaving the latter out!!!
And Vanilla Sky is superior to Open your Eyes... a rare case of americanization/remake that improves over the original
