JA from MNPP here with some sad news - Nicole Kidman has dropped out of her reunion with Danish dare-monger Lars Von Trier for his next flick, the sexually explicit Nymphomaniac. She's too busy playing a Princess to mime unspeakable acts with Shia LaBeouf, it seems. The assumption is that the recently added Uma Thurman is her replacement, but (nothing against Uma) I'm hoping it's another name just added to the cast instead - let's see Willem Dafoe fill in Nicole's shoes!

Hmm YEAH I also vote Marisa Tomei for this. With that said, I'd vote Marisa Tomei for every role and for everything.
It's disappointing that Kidman can't commit to the cameo, but, throwing shade on Thurman is unfair and cruel. Marisa Tomei has an Oscar—a premature and short-sighted one, and three nominations, two more than Thurman. Tomei doesn't need auteur assignments like Thurman to be taken seriously.
Are you seriously looking forward to seeing LaBeouf in the buff?—If you haven't seen his full-frontal in a music video.
Who threw shade on Uma? No shade! I said "nothing against Uma" - I love Uma! I'm sure she'll be terrific, and it's awesome she's jumping onboard something so edgy after never capitalizing on the Kill Bill movies like she shoulda. I was really just making a joke about Dafoe taking the role since the article I linked to mentioned Nic dropping out and Willem joining the film all in the same breath. :)

Thank the heavens she dropped out! I havent watched a Shia movie to date and the cast Christian Slater? Uma Thurman?. Was dreading Nicole signing on to the this film but thankfully Princess Grace is keeping her busy, I hope she picks a better project next.
4rtful -- i'm not sure what you're implying. I thought LaBeouf looked great in the buff in that music video.
David --- i'd love to see those two actresses in something like this too. Lane has such great facility with eroticism onscreen and it just doesn't get enough of a workout.
Nathan, I no different from many dislike the guy's presence in anything. His penis might be the best thing about him. That's especially something when we're talking about a grower not a shower.
