I'm fluent in "Cher"
I discovered that I can read if not speak Cher fluently. So if you are not so blessed I shall translate this tweet for you after the jump...
Just finished Song🎂
— Cher (@cher) October 23, 2017
Think Benny will Like it.
Think Ol will Love it
Think ML will laugh & Dance around with me👻👻
Translation:
Cher just finished recording one of her numbers for Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again.
Benny Andersson, one of the "B"s in ABBA, will approve.
Here We Go Again's director Ol Parker (who is also Mr Thandie Newton, in case you didn't know) will fawn over one of his actresses
ML = Meryl Streep, a personal friend of Cher's. And she'll love the song. You may remember that beautiful moment when Cher won the Oscar and thanked "Mary Louise," Meryl's real name, and Meryl blew her a kiss back. Lovely.
Here is where the translation gets muddy. Does Cher actually share this scene with her Silkwood acting partner? In other words is the 'dance with me' literal or figurative? They're obviously not singing the song together or Cher wouldn't have been recording it alone. At any rate this Silkwood reunion has been a long time coming.
Unless I've forgotten some ABBA songs about birthdays or ghosts I can't help in translating those emojis!

Amazing translation skills! Thank you.
You deserve a certification from Cher herself!
Wait, Cher is in the new Mamma Mia movie? Why?
I'll have to watch it now, damn it!
As long as Pierce Brosnan doesn't sing, I'll probably go see it.
I'll watch Cher in anything. One of my favourite actresses - and singers.
Cher is playing Meryl’s mother in the movie. More than likely a scene in the past with the younger Donna.
Shook to the core
Wow, you truly deserve an award lol.
Wow, you really do speak Cher.
But no, they absolutely could've recorded it separately even if it's a duet. Not ideal, but it happens.
Like An Angel Passing Through My Room, perhaps?
