Team Experience: Final Oscar Predictions!

ANORA | © NEON Rated
The Oscars are almost upon us, but the posting continues here at The Film Experience, with some volleys still waiting in the wings and maybe something more. For now, it's time to present the Team Experience's final predictions in all Oscar categories, from Best Picture to those pesky unpredictable Short Film races. At the end of this crazy awards season, most of our writers lean toward Anora taking the top prize, while Best Director is more evenly split between Corbet and Baker. The acting categories may look locked up, but some surprises could happen, and the "below the line" honors are a headache and a half as far as punditry's concerned. All in all, only seven categories inspired unanimous predictions…
We're doing things differently for this third round of Team Experience Oscar predictions. Each chart represents an Academy Award category, but there are three rows for each writer. The first one up top is what they're predicting to win. The second line is a potential upset, an alternative that will serve as a tie-breaker for some later considerations. Finally, the third row, the bottom one in green, represents the pundit's personal pick.
To save space, each writer is identified by a two-letter abbreviation. This dream team trying to predict the Oscars includes Cláudio Alves (CA), Eric Blume (EB), Baby Clyde (BC), Eurocheese (EC), Abe Friedtanzer (AF), Lynn Lee (LL), Ben Miller (BM), and Nathaniel Rogers (NR). Eric is our current reigning king of predictions after getting the most right in the nomination phase. Let's see if he can hold on to his crown or if someone will dethrone him.
It should also be noted that you can click on each chart to make them bigger and more easily read. If you're missing a category, try to refresh the page. So, without further ado, here are our final guesses on who will win big on Sunday:
