I wasn't expecting full-strength Kidman in LION. Such a lovely, heartsore performance, almost all of it working between the lines.

Pros tend to write simple stories with complex characters, whereas amateurs tend to write complex stories with simple characters.

A lot of people are saying Trump is on coke, which is ridiculous. People on cocaine love to talk about their specific plans for the future.

This made me LOL but then also SMH. PhiPhi is such a mess. If you're a Drag Race fan you have to read this "poem" because wow, Phi Phi is delusional. Doesn't she have anyone in her life to pull her back and say "Guuurrrl, we need to talk".
Can't tell which part of this I find most troubling, but it may be the papyrus. pic.twitter.com/8LMLk0ifYq

P.S. Sadly, this is true.
While everyone else is loving Best Actress, I'm sad that a winner will mean this hilarz pic of JLaw will be leaving @nathanielr's page :-( pic.twitter.com/q9T8vEOKrc

Truth: I visit the Best Actress regularly to look at that picture - although it was funnier the 3 previous years when she was flipping off Meryl. The last year she's just been flipping off into the void.
This week's Drag Race was NOT CUTE. Katya won the lip sync--or, if it were too close to call, it should have been given to her lest, Ru appear to be playing favorites--and Tatianna should have stayed. Her T Boz was one of the best runway looks this session.
I predict Pfeiffer's overdue coronation will occur in supporting actress.
Haha he stepped on a Lego!
I think ppl have to get their expectations in check just a wee bit on Pfieffer. I mean her role in the Aronnofsky pic could end up incredibly small (see Hershey or Winona in Black Swan) and the other projects could be duds. Don't get me wrong, I hope she gives awards worthy performances and is showcased in a major way by her directors in great films but we will see
lol @ Derrickson saying that when he's making a Marvel movie.
I wish Michelle the best but it's really hard to come back when you have lost your mojo. For several years.
Nicole -- You're cruel but you're right. Look at Renée in Bridget Jones's Baby.
I'm glad she's back. I swear, when I saw Cherie's final shot I thought she would retire for good à la Garbo.
