OH NO not Lahoma from Another World!!! Loved Ann Wedgeworth in everything but that's where I first saw her as a kid when my mother and grandmother watched everyday. A terrific talented woman. :-(
So sad about Ann Wedgeworth. She was one of those actors that make every movie a little better when they show up. But her Tony winning role didn't earn Valerie Harper an Oscar nomination. Only Marsha Mason was nominated for that movie version.
hcu - oops. i had it confused as to which role she played.
Do you think Julia Roberts can get a nomination from Wonder? The film has an A+ cinemascore and is predicted to make upwards of $30 million this weekend. Could we have a Blind Side late entry on our hands?
I saw the teaser for The Incredibles II and man, that looks so cool.
Not as cool as Isabelle Huppert at the Criterion closet where I had to change my pants because of all of the jizz I let out. Plus, how can you not love her reaction towards Bad Timing? I want an extended clip of that video.
aaron -- i will have to see it i guess!
Hela could be Maleficent's sister
That wink Isabelle Huppert gave at the end of the video is both charming and sexy. And I like it that she likes Yoyo and Bad Timing and that comment about Fellini. It would be a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with her just discussing movies and giving her unscripted responses.
And happy that Come from Away will get a screen adaptation. I didn't get a chance to see it on Broadway. Is it still on?
actually (!) star trek had it's first gay kiss back in 1995 on the Deep Space Nine episode "Rejoined".... they had to put a parental warning in front of the episode and everything.
