Finally...
Finally, it's just 71 days until Matthew Weiner's The Romanoffs debuts. The series is about 8 different people who believe they might be a descendant from the Russian royal family. Like Sense8, it shot its storylines all over the world so it's probably an expensive beast that will need to do well to survive. To say we're excited is to be putting it mildly. Weiner created the greatest TV show ever (Mad Men) and also had a hand in writing and producing The Sopranos, so the track record is, uh, pretty good.

Remember when Nicole and Charlize were supposed to team-up for the Danish Girl?
I want to see them on screen so badly, but I won't get my hopes up...
Mad Men is the Second or third greatest show ever.
The Wire os the greatest show off ALL times.
Oh my God that cast. Please please please be good.
Robbie, Kidman, and Theron in one film? Damn! I am so there. I'm glad that Theron and Kidman didn't wind up doing The Danish Girl, even though it did earn Vikander an Oscar--it was a REALLY underwhelming film.
And I'm so happy that Hamilton is returning to film! But then I read that it's yet another Terminator film, and I groaned a bit. She was iconic in T2, though.
In the Andre Holland/ Mark Rylance "Othello", Desdemona is played by Jessica Warbeck, daughter of composer Stephen Warbeck, Oscar winner for the score of "Shakespeare in Love".
My excitement for the Ailes project with all those stars dipped once I read Jay Roach was directing. Really tired of very important topics/films being handed to journeyman filmmakers. Can't we get an auteur on it?
Too 5 Jennifer Lopez performances and songs?
