We Got the Link

The Guardian Vanessa Redgrave and Miriam Margoyes in conversation. Wow, love them both
Variety this year's nominees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame... The Go-Gos, the most success female rock band of all time, FINALLY make the list -- the recent documentary surely helped -- but who knows if they'll actually get voted in because the competition is pretty fierce: Tina Turner, Carole King, Dionne Warwick, Iron Maiden, Kate Bush, LL Cool J, etcetera and only 5 will be chosen
• People Halle Berry putting the trolls commenting on her love life in their place. Queen.

Top 10 Goofiest Golden Globe Nominations of the 21st Century

by Christopher James

If the awards season were members of your family at the Thanksgiving table, the Golden Globes would be your delightfully kooky Great Aunt. She always brings a bottle of great wine, wears loud colored clothes and tells stories of the scandals of distant family members of generations ago. She'll always manage to surprise you in new, yet similar ways.

What would the Golden Globes be without their penchant for movie stars, musicals with extra glitter and star vehicles that may or may not exist? It wasn’t always this way.  The first John Wick had a simplicity of premise that made for a sharp and clean, if fundamentally goofy, revenge narrative...
